NWP was founded in 2019 by Milagros Fernandez (Millie), Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer.  Millie has been in the Property Management business for over 25+ years in the capacity of Owner and Chief Executive Officer.  She holds a Master of Accounting and Minor in Management. Throughout the years our firm managed over 3,000 units which included Residential, Commercial, Multi-Family, Single-Family homes and Homeowner Associations.

NWP is a family owned business and strives on meeting our client’s needs.  Our firm has an experienced team of professionals that are committed in providing excellent service by utilizing the latest software and technology. Our resume includes 25+ years of experience.

Marcus A. Fernandez, Managing Member, Chief Operations Officer has been in the Property Management business for over 15+ years in the capacity as Director of Operations.  In this capacity he was responsible for the coordination of procurement, human resources, supervision of administrative and maintenance personnel, operations and constructions administration.
